The Sanctuary Rainforest Eco Resort and Spa was approved as a real estate project under the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program in February 2019.

It is a 5-star eco-friendly boutique style development with 72 rooms in organic deluxe single and two-bedroom villa units, located on 10 acres of land in the rainforest of Dominica.

Amenities include a specialty organic restaurant and bars, two floors spa building with massage rooms, hammam, sauna and immense hot tub, open roofed heated pool with swim-up bar, an open outdoor swimming pool, a boutique, as well as a yoga and meditation facility. Also, a huge attraction will be a 1,000 feet long Tree Top Walkway along the borders of the river bank inside the Resort.

To invest in this development and qualify to apply for Dominica citizenship, investors must purchase one Preferred Shared per family for the cost of USD200,000, plus pay corresponding Government fees depending on investor family composition, and pass Government of Dominica due diligence process which includes source of funds verification conducted by the best independent due diligence agencies such as Refinitiv, Bishops, Exiger, etc.

To begin the investment process, investors must provide all CBI application documents for due diligence, and transfer Government processing and corresponding due diligence fees .

Upon successful completion of the CBI application process and receiving Comfort Letter from the Government (stating that the application was approved), investors shall then transfer the remaining 95% (equivalent to USD190,000) of their investment, along with Certificate of Naturalization and Government fees.

Sanctuary Rainforest Eco Resort and Spa CBI real estate option offers a stable opportunity for earning dividends upon completion of the Resort.

As additional benefits to our real estate Investors into the Resort, they receive free accommodation packages annually, and are able to get a return of their investment by reselling their Preferred Share to a new investor after the mandatory 5-year share holding period. Investors who resell their Preferred Share will retain their Dominica citizenship.
